What ticket delivery options do All Events offer?

All Events offers several different delivery options so that you can receive your tickets in a way that is most convenient for you. Please note that available delivery options vary between events, and some delivery options may not be available for certain events.

Print-at-Home Tickets

When your customer purchases a ticket, they will receive an email confirmation of the purchase with their e-ticket attached. You can manually re-send customers confirmation emails if needed with the click of a button. These tickets are available as a PDF ticket with a code.

Mobile Tickets

These tickets can be scanned directly from your phone, when opening the attached pdf on your confirmation email, or from within the All Events profile under orders. You can present these tickets on your device for scanning at your event, without needing to print them off. By turning up the brightness on your phone screen you'll be able to scan your ticket quickly and easily, getting you into the venue faster. There is no charge for mobile tickets.

eTickets (Mobile, Print-at-Home)

These tickets give you a choice in how you receive your tickets. You can either receive them as Mobile Ticket via the All Events confirmation email, or as a Print-at-Home ticket via your All Events account in your web browser.

Mail

Your tickets will be hardcopy tickets sent via Standard Mail. They should arrive within 5-7 business days. There is no charge for this option.

Mail with Gift Box

Your tickets will be sent via standard mail as above, inside a All Events gift box. This delivery option has an additional cost associated.

Registered Post

Hardcopy tickets will be sent via Registered Post with a tracking number. They should arrive within 6-8 business days. There is an additional cost associated with this option.

Express Delivery

Hardcopy tickets will be sent to you via Express Post. They should arrive within 2-4 business days. There is an additional cost associated with this option.

International Post

Hardcopy tickets will be sent to you via International Post. Delivery time varies depending on destination, however most tickets are usually delivered within 10-14 business days. There is an additional cost associated with this option.

Venue Pickup

Collect your hardcopy tickets at the venue on the day of your event. For most events, the venue box office is open for ticket collection one hour before the event. For more sporting events, the box office is open two hours before the event. You will need to liaise directly with the event organiser for this option. No additional charge applies for this delivery method.
